This woman is amazing and really has some guts.
I saw this two videos some months ago and you may have seen them too.
They are worth to be watched again:
Islamic teachings and terrorism
There is No Clash of Civilizations but a Clash between the Mentality of the Middle Ages and That of the 21st Century
Stop honour killings
"Over 5000 women and girls are killed every year by family members in so-called 'honour killings', according to the UN. These crimes occur where cultures believe that a woman's unsanctioned sexual behaviour brings such shame on the family that any female accused or suspected must be murdered. Reasons for these murders can be as trivial as talking to a man, or as innocent as suffering rape."

Where is the outrage in the West?
Imagine if muslims were rounded up at a mosque in Spain, thrown in jail and beaten up??? The protests at Puerta del Sol, the outrage... It would have made all the newspapers and TV-News....
Why don't we apply the same standards for everyone? why don't we have the same expectations?
It keeps amazing me how the West supports and defends everyone, everyones culture and everyones religion... but we don't expect them to respect us.
Are we really so hypocritical? How are they ever going to respect us and our believes (and I doubt that they ever will) if we are completelly incapable to stand up for them?.
We seem to agree with their supposed right to burn our flags, burn our bibles, beat up/kill our people. And we will always try to justify their actions in a way so that in the end, anything that happens is always is OUR fault. Even if they kill thousands of people. We won't move a finger.
West: your attitude scares the hell out of me!

Crónica de una muerte anunciada
Yesterday in Sevilla, a 58 year old man killed his wife and his 4-month-pregnant daughter with a rifle. This comes as no surprise even to one of his sons, who has explained today how they have been living in fear their whole lifes. "His father" (he does not even call him that) had beaten them and their mother multiple times, and also threatened to kill them with his rifle.
They had denounced it.... And what has the spanish law done to stop him?. Well, close to nothing because, please explain to me what the "medidas de alejamiento" (prohibiting him to get close to the house and the family) will do, when he only needs ONE chance to get close to them to kill them???
So, now what?. This innocent wife and daughter (and grandchild!) are dead, and the judge's order has obviously done nothing to prevent it. This man has done exactly what he told his wife he would do: shoot her with his rifle. And we, we knew it, but have done nothing to prevent it.
I think it is more than time for us to review laws like this, which let the innocent suffer (and perish) under the abuse of the violent. How many more times has something like this to happen so that we take action and responsability?.
----
He tried to kill himself afterwards, but did not succeed. I hope that if he comes out of the hospital, spanish authorities will at least take this deaths serious and put him in jail for the rest of his days. That is the least they can do.

Sex tourism in Cuba
I can not even believe how someone, anyone, can actually do this. I can understand even less, how we are not doing ANYTHING to stop these monsters. These disgusting men who even try to say it is the kid, the girl, the woman's fault that they are there doing it.
How good you have it, you who goes to other countries to rape kids, because you know that nobody is going to stop you. Because nobody will defend them. And because you know that if you would do it in your country, you would be prosecuted and put in jail.
But the worst thing is, you try to justify it. You are telling me a six year old is sexual? a TWO YEAR OLD is provoking you?... You are trying to justify that you, YOU, ARE A SICK PEDOFILE!
I hope at some point, you and all the people like you, will be judged and pay for what they've done.
Profile:
"The age range was from 22 to 68 and the majority of this sample occupy relatively privileged socio‑economic positions in their home countries. Over 90% of them were on return visits to Cuba and three quarters of those asked had also visited other well known sex tourist destinations such as the Dominican Republic, Thailand and the Philippines. Around two thirds of them were staying in private accommodation rather than in hotels."
This is their view.....
"Kids grow up with sex here and know it's a calming and good thing. They sleep ten to a room, so children hear their parents fuck... subconsciously they know it's a good thing. They associate it with a release... tension builds up, then their parents fuck, and everything is OK."
-According to Jake, women and girls in 'the third world' are 'natural' and 'in tune with their bodies'. In Cuba the girls 'come from the jungle with no shoes... they'd fuck on the streets if it wasn't for the police'. He told one of the authors, a black woman, that the fact she had no wish to take up his invitation to 'fuck' him demonstrated that she had 'lost touch with her roots'."
"Have you seen the kids dance here? Six year olds waggling their behinds, it's really sexual, even two year olds, we saw this little kid the other day, two years old and she was moving her hips, you know, dancing with the mother, moving her body so sexual. They mature young, they're sexual from a young age."
"It's all businesslike. It's by the hour, like a taxi service, like they got the meter running... There's no feeling. If I wanted to fuck a rubber doll, I could buy one and inflate it. Here it's different. They're not professionals. They enjoy sex, it's natural to them... they're affectionate... they're responsive.
They even kiss you. A prostitute in Europe will never kiss you. Canada, it's ridiculous. You know, if you go with a prostitute and you don't pay her, you know what? They call it rape. You can be in court on a rape charge."
"I don't go looking for little girls. But if a 15 year old or a 12 year old, if she approaches me, if she comes up to me, what am I supposed to do? If I didn't go with her, what would I be?"

Castro: La gran mentira / The big lie
Anyone in Spain (and anywhere else) still believing Castro is a great leader who cares about his people? Anyone still thinks there is any type of freedom in Cuba? Anyone still doubts that this big tyran dictator should be put away once and forever?...
Well, I definitelly recommend you to watch (and let people know about) the following video. If you search for it on the internet, I believe you can find a version with english subtittles too.
This goes for all the people I know and who have seem the "amazing", "beautiful" and "revolutionary" Cuba-build-for-tourists:

Batasuna+ETA+Hezbollah=TERRORISTS!! Spain, what do you stand for?

I seriously don't understand why this event was allowed to happen.
That the "Concentración" was planned by the terrorist (ILEGAL) policical group Batasuna was, from the beginning on, clear to everyone. But the fact that they were shouting slogans favor to ETA and also carrying Hezbollah flags during the walk, gives you a much clearer understanding of what this people (Batasuna, ETA and all their supporters) stand for.
Anyone still calls them "Independentistas"??... If they ever had any "cause" or "reason" to act like they do (=killing innocent people), it dissapeared the moment General Franco died. And there is one thing that will not change: they were, are, and always will be: ASESINOS.
This people ARE terrorists, support other terrorist groups, and will not stop killing until they get what they want. And even then, they will still use terrorism to have everyone do their will.
If Zapatero and this great government stay in power much longer, we will be in big trouble.

Pakistan MPs in rape law protest
Are you serious?
Are you honestly telling me that a woman who has been raped has, according to the Koran, not only to suffer through a horrible experience like that but also shut up because otherwise, SHE will be sentenced to death???....
Oh no, sorry, I forgot: if she manages to find four male muslims that actually witnessed the whole thing (assuming they were not participating, of course) and support her accusation, she will be believed. Although, on the other hand, that would also be a dishonor for the woman's family....
Someone else here sees this as a tricky one?. Because I don't think any woman has a slight chance in this situation to prove she is innocent and that it is actually the raper(s) who should be sentenced to death...
I have the feeling this 27-year old laws introduced by a dictator, have been a great way to give muslim men in that country what they want (yes! and it is sex what they want!), without having to admit it and without having to pay for their disgusting perversions.

PAKISTANI opposition MPs walked out of federal parliament today in protest at the government's proposed amendments to Islamic rape laws.
Rights groups have been demanding the government repeal the current laws, which place an almost impossible burden of proof on women and expose victims to charges of adultery.
Opposition MPs, mostly from the hardline Islamic alliance Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal, shouted slogans and tore up copies of the bill before walking out after Law Minister Wasi Zafar introduced the legislation to change the laws.
"Death to (President Pervez) Musharraf", "Those who are friends of America are traitors" and "Allah is Great," the politicians shouted. "This bill is against Holy Koran and Shariah, we reject it and (will) try to block it in any possible manner," said opposition leader Maulana Fazalur Rehman.
MPs of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto did not boycott proceedings. The law minister said the "Women Protection Bill" would be referred to a select committee of parliament.
Pakistan's cabinet decided earlier this month to change the 27-year-old laws introduced by the late military dictator General Ziaul Haq, who wanted to enforce a strict Islamic code. Under Islamic laws imposed by Haq in 1979, women must produce four adult Muslim male witnesses to prove an act of rape. Women who fail to prove rape can be jailed or even sentenced to death for adultery."

Hello everybody
This blog will talk about all the little (or big) things happening in this world that I come across, and that surprise me, get me really confussed, annoyed, frustrated and -sometimes- very, very angry....
But also about all of those other things that give me some hope in humanity an our hability to learn and change.
